If you would like to follow us, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. On the right hand side of this page, you can see the box that says "Follow", and all of our current followers are listed. Click on this box (note: you need a Google (gmail), twitter or YAHOO! email account to proceed).
2. Follow the instructions given, which is to sign up using your existing email account and password.
3. Your name will then appear on the list of followers (unless you choose to follow privately) and you will have the option of uploading a photo and adding information about yourself.
The next time you visit the blog you simply need to sign in, and the link is below the pictures of the followers on the right hand side of the page.
